Today was the end of a 3-day long vacation involving Janmastami, Independence day and Sunday and there are more to come in the coming months. These 3 days made me realize, that its is very important to know the places to visit for short weekend trips for the family. There are several places in and around Ahmedabad, which can make a wonderful holiday to plan for, if we know the destinations.
Please share information about the weekend or holiday getaways you know, which we can plan a trip for a day or two. Thanks.
Hi Krishna, Lovely idea to seek suggestion. This way, at least we'll come across so many places, we never knew.
We are planning to visit Ahmedabad over the next weekend. It'll be great if someone can suggest a good trip for a day. I do not want it to be too hectic as we have to attend a function too. I heard there is a Science City or museum...anyone has any idea.
