Post How to fold fabric to stitch a chudidar?

hi evryone,
i want to know how to fold a fabric in bias for stitching a chudidar..i actually remember half of it..but couldn't stitch a bag like thing ,before tracing the chudidar pattern..please help in folding the fabric.i learnt it long ago...and it will take just 2 meters of fabric to stitch a good chudidar.

hi,

Just fold the fabric twice. so that you will get 4 layers of cloth. you will have to keep the paper cutting or model churidhar on the covered sides not on the the open side of the layers. this is applicable for bottom too. You need 2.30 mtrs for tops and 2 mtrs for the bottom.
