Very interesting topic indeed...
Iam not into jewels,but love to wear saree.And a bunch of maligai poo(jasmine flower) is a must for me.So I would say iam crazy about flowers...
Now in UK,I miss it a lot.When I get down in India my first job would be to wear saree and keep head full of malli poo

Even i love flowers n saree ............my home town is coimbatore - a place known for both so no wonder i like them .

Waiting to go back to India n enjoy all the fragrance

interesting thread, like seeba, i too am crazy abt sarees and "malligai poo" and matching bangles . but i voted for dress, i love sarees, here we don't get a chance to wear sarees, so whenever i go to india, i will only wear saree, its the best. iam not crazy abt these designer sarees that much, but i love cotton silks and myore silks and one more reason to love sarees whenever i wear saree my DH goes crazy.

I like to wear salwar when I go to India, but people will be thinking that I have come from some village.. I don't mind, but I want to fulfil my wish.
My husband also likes me wearing sarees, but here it is so unfortunate.

Im not crazy about jewels,makeup,perfumes but very much about dresses (not saree) mostly chudidhars and jeans/top and a comfortable footwear which goes with it. Since i do almost all the household work (groceries,paying bills etc) i do not wear saree as it is difficult to ride my scooty with that. Gradually i have lost interest in sarees.
So as of now, i vote for dresses and footwear.

Here the place I stay is normally cold,so i have to be in jeans or fleece.
But in india i like to wear churidhar (no sarees for me).I am also fond of wearing jewels in india and last but not least just luv to put lots n lots of sujimallige flowers on my hair.

Puni,i agree 100% when u say people think u come from village.
Infact during my india trip i was wearing churidhar and as i have decent long hair i was even putting flowers my mil said on my face nanna sose americanalli eddru olle halli guggu tara eddale.I dont care coz once i come back here i know i cant dress like that.
