one tip is to ask the HR person scheduling the interview what the dress code is.

Now a days with business attire being business casual, firms are not that picky of prospective candidates attire....

Hi,

It is best to wear formals for an interview i.e. a suit - not just shirt and trousers. Good suits are available at Macy's or Ann Taylor - reasonable price and will last a long time too.

Hi,
I think that wear formal suits is the best for interview but here there are some tips that you can use:

1)for what kind of job is your application? A manager and a graphic designer have different status
2) if you have time, go in the place where you are supposed to have you interview and look around, this will give you a good idea of their meaning on office's dress code.
3) remember black and grey are the best color for a tailleur, wearing a black/grey tailleur with a simple white or pastel top looks great always.

I hope, I have helped you!!!

Lalla

Hi Rashmi ,
I didnt get a job yet. Actually ,I am not able to pursue it actively as my husband is right now b/n jobs and I help him with his job search. How about you? This will be my first job and that is not working out to be favourable till now. in interviews.

Good luck to you too.

Chocolate,

I am looking for Jobs in IT for the first time, it is taking a while as I am interested to go for other Jobs too, but my hubby don't like me to go for Non-IT positions.
