Twinkling star lights on the ceiling`

Hi,
I recently travelled from Los Angeles to Dubai in emirates flight. During the night time, on the top of the roof i saw small lights like stars that was glowing and they looked very nice.

Does anyone knows where to look for those type of light settings.

Am not very sure if u r talking abt lights or about paints tat glow...
In our house we've painted bedroom roof with a special paint tat glows in dark - kind of gives a feeling as if u r lying in open space - with all those stars and moon...
I dont have the exact name of the paint - anyways if it is this u r luking for, lemme knw, I can check and get back to u...

we have used stickers of stars, moon in our room,

which glow at night and my kid loves it very much.

I checked with my dad and he too does not have much info on this - He was constructing a room for me and my hubby (when we were about to get married), so he thought it would be a nice idea to paint these on the ceiling, as a surprise for our first night ...

Am not sure of wat you want to know on this - if its the availability ur asking aobut, i think any paint company in ur locality would definitely help.
