Anti wrinkle cream

I am looking to buy anti wrinkle for my sister, can anyone suggest the best company.
I have seen the following companies: LOreal, Q10,Nivea, N0 7 etc

Is serum good or cream is good?
Not sure which one to take, please help.

i am using no7 products,i have serum and night cream they work wonders but it depends on your sister skin type,all pupil dont have same type of skin,
