Hi iam shmoog, i am from uae and i am new in this wonderful site, all my friends are uae girls so I joined to this site to make friends with indian women, and i hope you will sharing me some informations, opinions, culture.

We have a omani friend we met when dh was working with him in 2000. till date he is one of our best friend. he eats at our home (we are the only indian family he eats with). he does invite us to his home . there are lot of difference in culture, but the respect and love for family is the same.

he has always been a friend in need.

Had a srilankan and egyptian friends through my children's classmates. but with shifting have lost touch.

I feel friendship is not governed by countries, distance, color, creed.

I am Preethi, residing in Dubai for the past 8 years. I have two Lebanese friends. We met through work and have stayed in touch ever since. We still try to meet atleast once a month at Starbucks or at Mall of Emirates. We love to eat at Automatic since I love Lebanese food but my friends find Indian food too spicy. We enjoy gossiping over a cup of coffee.
Friendship does not limit itself to nationalities or countries, we are friends because we are like minded and enjoy being together.
