I stay in Chennai in Besant nagar now. I have to shift from where i stay because the house owner wants to come back. Iam currently looking at 1 or 2 bedroomed flats for reasonable rent in & around Besant nagar. I can afford say between 10k-12k rent.If i get it below,well & good. Any suggestions?
Well,looks like nobody is interested to give any suggestions here.Maybe nobody knows about any availability of any apt in this area. Ok,if any Chennaite who knows of any apartment for rental in areas like KK NAGAR,vALASARAVAKKAM,vIRUGAMBAKKAM etc kindly let me know.
Hi, Why is it that you are moving from Besant nagar to those places? Even am looking for a place in and around Besant Nagar, Adyar. If you are living alone and maybe if you don't mind we can share a place.
First of all the rents are minimum 12000/ for even a small 1 bedroomed flat here which is not feasible. One can get a good 2 bedroomed place in Valasaravakkam etc etc. Sorry,iam staying with my husband here.
There are a great number of options available in the Indusladies/Chennai section for this.I did not know about it until i found it 2 days back.Now i do regret starting this thread unnecessarily. Can we move it to that forum please?Or is it okay in here itself?
