Hi all
I just came across a story in another website saying that the writer had asked her mother to give her 3 pieces of advice.. and her mother said these.
1. Make each new day count by helping someone or just making someone smile.
2. Don't dwell on life's troubles, think of the good times.
3. Don't worry about things you can't do anything about.
This writer was surprised that the advices were not about saving money, handling relationships, working hard..... But she was motivated with these 3 little lines her mother told her..
All of us when we get up early in the morning and stuck with the day-to-day work, would never think of motivation and quotes. But may be, we identify the negative part in us which needs motivation, and write it down in a paper and stick it in a place where we would see the second thing in the morning (I know first thing might not be this, for many its Gods photo, for some their LO, their husband, etc etc) so that we remember and try to practise it.
So.. What you think will be the best motivational quote applicable for you.
For me it would be
Whatever has happened, has happened for good.
Whatever is happening, is happening for good.
Whatever is going to happen, it will be for good.
What have you lost for which you cry?
What did you bring with you, which you have lost?
What did you produce, which has been destroyed?
You did not bring anything when you were born.
Whatever you have, you have received from Him.
Whatever you will give, you will give to Him.
You came empty handed and you will go the same way
Whatever is yours today was somebody else’s yesterday and will be somebody else’s tomorrow.
