Just a hypothetical thread (creating it in the most active section of IL, so let it be here, dont move it): What if an Internet apocalypse happens, and we all lose IL/social networking sites for 3 months. What would you do with all the time on your hand that you previously used on IL (or social networking)?
Plan for some outings. Make notes of all the threads to follow and the thoughts and snippets I would have shared if we had IL so I don't miss any of them when we get back in here :coffee
Firstly i would get a panic attack , more so for indusladies, not for fb and all!! Then maybe spend that time going out for coffee or a walk!
But a veritable answer! A month to train [1], a month a perfect [2], and a month to reorganize [3] [1] — Train owls to deliver IL helpful notes, incendiary scrawls or whatcha greetings. [2] — Skyscrapers and sucking chimneys, flying is an art these days even for the birdies. [3] — Uff, the flapper owls why do they elope so often with their mates after delivery, bad bad blinky!
Do bunch of mala-jap, yagna, puja etc for internet to come back online faster than 3 months....:clap god will be happy he finally created trouble in my life which is worth me worshiping him formally/traditionally
Get back to finishing at least two books a week; get some parenting done; declutter; become an avid gardener growing my own fruit and veg; perhaps even finish my CV to get back to work! All this once I'm discharged from the hospital after the heart attack I'll have first, that is...
