| In our case,it took 3-5 months. Many people say that this time frame is very quick,it seems it normally takes more time.It depends a lot on the position the L1 visa holder holds in his/her company.If he/she is in a very senior management position,the processing is very quick. |

| It depends on what kind of visa you hold and what is your country of birth. Also which category u are applying in.It takes any where from 6 months -5 yrs . |
