My personal belief is that Indian food is so nutritious and healthy that one does not need Multi-vitamin tablets if one is having a balanced Indian diet.However,this is only my belief. Our forefathers were hale and hearty because they ate the right food and did enough work too.
The concept of multi-vitamin supplements(MVS) is a Western concept and is fast catching up with India too.Is it because,in India too people have started eating more junk foods that MVS are needed to maintian a healthy body?
