Yes my name is Tina. BTW I forgot to mention that you can make cream cheese frosting by watering it down a little with sour cream or hung curd and mixing with powdered sugar and a little vanilla extract if you like vanilla (or use essence of your choice) and using on carrot cake.

Tina - I always wondered about the frosting on carrot cake(I could never figure out it had cream cheese in it)!

Does anyone here know if we get avocado in Hyderabad ? Is it very expensive?
