Default question about moving back to india

need suggestion...

hi
we really need some of your suggestions....especially from people who have successfully
went back and settled in india after a long stint in US..
me and my husband are planning to settle back in india, in the next 2yrs,for sure..but am sure thats not a easy task, given various factors to consider....
am not working, and my husband has done his masters here in US, and has 6 yrs of consutling experience....moreover we prefer to settle in chennai...
given the above..please clarify..

1. how to start looking for jobs in india, while in US..
2. what will be the package for the above profile of my DH
3. given the housing loans we have, is it possible to save enough in india, given the current market..
4. since he directly came to US,without working in inda..just wanted to know,is it possible to adjust in india, work culture given the expectations and pressure they work with..

please suggest....

Hi vahriji! its not so hard to move to India fron US, its just that you guys won't like pollution and population, both at its peak. And the roads, no one follows traffic rules its get very difficult to drive in India. And the Job, its easy for your hubby to get job after 6yrs of experience. He just have to send his resumes online to companies from there itself, if there are any openings they will contact you.
