Anyone who did MCA from India and doing or want to pursue MS in US?

Hi,

I did my mca in india .Since iam on h-4 now and have to wait till next year, i want to do my MS here in the meantime .So can anyone tell me what are the courses u are exempted from since u already did them in MCA?To stay out of the H-1b cap i want to change my visa from h4 to to f1.I heard someone telling that we won't be given state's residence concession in the fee.Studying MS on h4 is cheaper or on f1?
