Whats for dinner today?

Hello Kamla Ma'am,
Wish u a very happy DIWALI...
What can be a diwali hungama with 7 am to 7 pm office..........
Brought some stuffs from Patel and planning to prepare some more sweets after reaching home.....and have to go to a frds house as his wife is not working and she has planned for a good dinner.........so I will take some sweet stuff and will be celebrating diwali in weekend..........

Today I am making something fusion, East meets West:

Basmati rice, dhal, salmon in tomato sauce and stir fried green beans.
And I might make a small side salad too

i am india at the moment flying back home on the 14th nov staying at a friends house and had home made food, curry, roti, daal bhaat, soup and salad am so full.

Good for you! It's been so long I ate some home made food cooked by someone other than me..:) I'm bored of my own cooking taste. :)
