hey again another visual, though i couldnt get the chinna vengayam sambhar pic...but yes moru moru vendru vengaya adai with two chutneys and sambhar ....had to borrow my stomach from some one couldnt accomodate more than two....hope u all enjoy this visual...regards sunkan

Sambar and Mixed veggies paruppu usili (Chitvish's usili recipe combined with Vandhana's tips).

Forgot to post. today we had:

karuvepilai podi, lemon rasam and avarakkai curry. Felt too lazy to cook today!! DH calls this " manvettarudu" !!

Even with no mood to cook, your menu sounds good!

Mine was simple too..Mushrooms in cream sauce, herbal wild rice mix and a green salad tossed in viniagrette. This was the most popular veggie fare often prepared for me by my German friends. Got nostalgic today!

It was simple chaapadu tnite. Rice, sambar, cabbage curry, and mom's kotthammali thogayal and thengai molagapodi.

Hope to experiment with Chitvish recipes sometime soon...
