Hello Ladies, What happened, no one cooked today in this part of the world? Anyway, this was my menu today... Sambar and Mixed veggies paruppu usili (Chitvish's usili recipe combined with Vandhana's tips). M.

Forgot to post. today we had: karuvepilai podi, lemon rasam and avarakkai curry. Felt too lazy to cook today!! DH calls this " manvettarudu" !! V.

Vandhana, Even with no mood to cook, your menu sounds good! Mine was simple too..Mushrooms in cream sauce, herbal wild rice mix and a green salad tossed in viniagrette. This was the most popular veggie fare often prepared for me by my German friends. Got nostalgic today! Everyone, including Malathy are busy making paruppusili...high time I made that too:) L, Kamla Last edited by Kamla; 4th April 2007 at 11:56 PM.
