Ladies,
Will you use a regular panties for periods?
I heared from one of my friend she use the thick panties at the time of periods.... and the advantage she says is it won't get stain out of the panties...
Does anyone know about it...? which one do you prefer??

The "Depend" brand stuff is for people with bladder(incontinence) problems or very senior citizens in general. They are disposable, not washable.
I've seen what you are talking about in stores in India, and haven't seen it in any store in the U.S.
You might be able to find washable garment of the kind you are looking for in "medical supply" stores, but they will be very expensive and mostly not very comfortable.

Dont use thick panties it will create rashes use more light panty and change your pad every 2-3 hrs to avoid infection . Use liner 3 days prior period and 3 days after period more hygenic in nature .
Cheers
