Online Survey on the Experiences of Foreign Trained Engineers
Ryerson University, Toronto, is conducting an online survey on the experiences of foreign trained engineers in Canada in finding suitable jobs in the Engineering profession and their experiences in the workplace. The study is called "Discrimination in the Workplace: A Study of Highly Skilled Foreign-Trained Newcomers".

Eligibility:
You are eligible to participate in this study if you have been trained as an engineer internationally and meet the following criteria:
  • Have a foreign engineering degree
  • Have been in Canada for less than 5 years
  • Are applying/thinking of applying for licensing in Canada
There is a $10 honorarium for participating in the survey. The survey is access able from the CAPE website. Click on link below.

Please note there is no need to pay membership fees to CAPE to participate in this survey. You will need to create a username and id through CAPE but membership fees are not needed. Once the username is created simply go back to the survey and start participating
