Hi gli,

It is advisable to wash any meat from both Indian and American stores.Yes chicken that is available here is very tender. So wash it carefully atleast two times with normal water and the last time apply turmeric as a paste to it and rinse off with water so that it works as an antimicrobial.

Hope this helps...

Hi gli,

It is always advisable to rinse chicken with water before cooking it.

wash it once or twice and mix it with turmeric ,keep it aside for sometime say 10-20mins

then start using it
