i was wondering where you get the information and cost of houses in your area before buying the house. can the ilites share the websites where you look for these information and what are the procedures for buying the house. Thanks

There is a website called ziprealty.com.U can search there.U have to become a member but dont worry it is a v genuine site and they do not charge u anything.If u give ur requirements like the maximum amount,the areas u like and the year built they send automated emails to ur account and this further helps u in checking the houses.
Then there is craigslist.com.
Shall let u know if i get any further info.

search for local magazines. They help a lot and second is the realtors and their websites. Hope it is useful.
