| sorry to say...but NO is the answer...unless he files for an green card and gets an EAD..which has lotsa legal issue tied to it... ![]() But hey..there may be other ILites who come up with a suggestion which I'm also very eager to know about... ![]() |

| Unfortunately you need to have a H1, L1 or a green card to work here in the U.S...If you come on F1(student visa) then you can temporarily work in the school...but it looks like this is not an option for you....Can you come on H4 for now and move to H1 later? |

| There is no solution. If you want to come to US and stay with your husband then h4 is the only visa available. Try to learn something during that period and prepare yourself fresh for the next year h1n quota. My Advance wishes for your wedding |

| There is a way.. but it would cost ya... F1 (Student) and then get your H1 later... you can go to CPT/OPT after few semesters.. so you can start working and change you status ;)
