Is anyone celebrated "Naamkaran Sanskaar" in US?

This is a thread for who wish to celebrate "Naamkaran Sanskaar" ceremony in US."Naamkaran Sanskaar" is a religious procedure in naming a baby child.It attributes to all good sanskaar in the child.I want to share how my sister-in-law celebrated it last week.She performed the ceremony at home.It took place on tenth day after child birth.She Invited friends and relatives.The Priest came from Cupertino.He offered prayers to all the Gods.Then he placed the sheet on which the child horoscope is written.

Usually "Naamkaran Sanskaar" ceremony includes Abhishek,Kardhani Bandhan,Madhu Prashan,Surya Mamaskar,Bhoomi Poojan,Naam Ghosna,Parspar Parivartan,Lok Darshan,Baal Probodhan
I guess nowadays,whole procedure is rarely followed.

Then my brother leaned towards the baby's right ear and whispered its name.
After this friends and relatives blessed the baby .They also touched the baby lips with honey.Suddenly the moment became full of laugh after the baby licks its lip.
