 Re: What is the status of H1-B filling this year? Cap is closed on April 7, 2008. Both the general quota and students quota of 20,000. USCIS has announced that it will be lottery system again this year. They will first make receipt numbers for all the applications and then announce the date for lottery. You can check at uscis.gov. for more info.      |
