| Hi Sowparnika, Even I saw this person on Oprah. In fact it was all over the news and a joke in many talk shows. Bizarre things happen everyday and we should not be surprised even if something like this happens in India! Cheers Krithika ( Jithiks) Quote:

| Hiya People, I was in Hosp recovering from surgery when I saw this on OZ TV. I put it down to after effects of Anesthesia. ![]() Later got it confirmed from the nurse it is true. I looked at hubby who had gone white in face & trying to figure out who would be "Mom" the male who delivered the kid or the female partner. Hubby had a list of questions the ladies I am sure you will understand & guess what I was forgotten while the nurse & hubby exchanged their views on this. ![]() A loud howl from me ended their serious discussion... Isn't this going against nature? What are your views? Regards, Corallux

| hi all, sorry for the delayed reply, was away for the weekend.... funny and bizarre it is... krithika, as u say,may happen anywhere....but i see that US is more prone to these kind of wierd absurdities...:) corallux, that must have been some experience for u...recovering from a surgery and having your husband and nurse in deep discussion ignoring u...:) yes...even i am wondering on the same lines...are we not toying with the Creator's job,by fiddling with nature just because we have access to technology that makes it possible...? ... btw, corallux, hope you surgery went through fine and u are all right now....get well soon....keep us posted... rgds, sowpar

| Even i was shocked to know this news.First when i told my husband is told me i am falling into the internet goof trap. Then i sent him link and photos everything.U should have seen the shock on his face. ![]() But truly friends this is something unimaginable but now a days everything is happening. suji |

| dear suji, subha and hw, thanks for the response... yup,the world is getting crazier by the day...wonder what we shud expect next.... btw, HW, its not actually a man by birth, only a transgender transformed woman...so technically its not as if a man is getting pregnant ....though as u say,if that day comes,i would be happier as they too will know abt the difficulties a woman faces during pregnancy and childbirth.....:) rgds, sowpar

bigger than 6mm. I pass them routinely. I drive myself to the emergency room many times. I do this like 6-7 times a year. My Doctor's tell me that the pain I go through every time is worse than labor pain. Given that this is happening for a decade I don't think there is any woman alive who can claim that she has gone through labor pain more than I have unless she has more than 70 children. Technically it is not the same thing though as I don't have to go through 9 months of it. But I think I understand labor pain. ![]() |
