Help to choose a good moisturizer

hi,
Would anyone happen to know which is the best tinted moisturiser with SPF suitable for Indian skin with fair to wheatish complexion.... I did try some of Neuterogena's healthy skin enhancer, but, the shade doesn't seem to go well with my skin.... I have yellow undertones.... Any help is appreciated....

I have come here (NJ) a month ago, when i was in India, i used to put fair and lovely and after that powder, here im applying moisturizer but it looks oily, can i put powder on top of it?, what should i do ?

another thing, Im using head and shoulder shampoo, for my hair wash, is there anyother items which i have to use after my head wash,

my head scartches if i forget to appy oil , in this case i have to apply oil everyday, but applying oil everyday , my hair looks very thin, what should i do for it
