| Hi, Although life is much more sophisticated and easy here in the USA, we would like to go back and settle down in India. We can always come back and stay here for a year or half when we want to. But I would like to stay with my parents and relatives and enjoy the festivals and marriages there...rather than staying here..To me India seems to be a much better place regarding education, Medical facilities... | Hi ladies, My heart is always in India. I am away from India since 1987, left India with hubby after marriage, lived in London(/England), briefly for a year in Nairobi(Kenya) , 10 years in Toronto(Canada), 2 years in New Jersey, and finally for the last 7 years in Bay area, California. My husband and I have always talked about going back to India and finally, we have decided to wind up in a year or so and doing all the background work of buying a comfortable apartment for our living and furnishing it to our taste etc., Unfortunately we have no kids and in a way, it makes it easier for us to decide without worrying much about anything. I am very spiritual, a carnatic music fan, a food lover, a people lover and what more reason you need to settle down in India (my favourite Chennai). I somehow managed to suppress all my feelings in order to secure our future and now, my hubby and I, we both feel we have to get out of this materislistic world to find some serenity in our own way of life. America is the best outside India, in my opinion and I am fortunate to enjoy both in my lifetime and absolutely no regrets. Looking forward to land in India for good, Geeth Priya. |

| definitely India is the place for me to settle down. However long I am in this country, i still feel I am an outsider and dont actually belong here. this is my personal opinion |

| No doubt, Honey... Going to settle in India.. There is a Tamil movie song, 'Sorgame endralum nammoorai pola vruma?' which means 'even heaven won't be equivalent to our city'. My DH would always say, 'If I'm not in my native, Madras and Madrid are the same'.

| hi, me and hubby definetly loves to go bac to India. Though we have all facilities here, it never comes equal to our country because of our family, people, affection and so many other things. We are in a plan to move back after 3 -4 years. we are married for 4 yrs, so we are taking our time for 4 more years to settle in a place :) regards, sreelata.s |
