josh ka matlab excitement bhi ho sakta hai, kyoki ye bhashaa bahot hi rich hai, isliye ek word ke bahot saare paryayvaachi or synonyms ho sakte hai... jaise hindi mein "you" kehne ke bahot saare tareeke hai, "tu" to address young, "tum" to address ppl of your own age and "aap" to address elders or to give respect...

a lot of words that you are mentioning are URDU words, like Jazbaat is an urdu word for emotion, however "bhavna" means Feelings and expression means, apne aap ko "prakat" karna ... Gustakhhiyan is also an urdu word, wich means "mistakes" and "Berukhi" means, Rudeness again an urdu word..., and Astitva means "Identity"...

bahut din pehle Humaji ne ek thread shuru kiya thaaa http://www.indusladies.com/forums/ge...ench-good.html jisme unho ne hindi seekhne ka tamanna dikhayee. Lekin jyada log here ia am stuck for the word respond nahi kiya.

Baat gaurav ka nahin hai lekin bahut sare log hindi me itna proficient nahin hai ki hindi mein converse kare. Written hindi is different from spoken hindi. Just like lot of people can write easily in english but cannot speak it freely. It all comes with habit and will not become a habit if there is no need.

Well you are confusing Hindi with Urdu.
In most of the songs they use spoken hindi and light urdu. I guess thats why the confusion.

Emotion = Bhavana (Hindi), Jajbaat (Urdu)
Expression = Abhivyakti (Hindi), Display of emotion (english) , Jatana (verb,urdu)

Thx Ria, chalo isi bahaane jataanaa ka bhi matlab malum paDha - woh baazigar gaane me 'jataanaa bhi nahi aataa...' now makes sense!

agar jazbaat urdu hai to uska equivalent hindi me kya hoga? matlab - dont get emotional ko ham agar 'jazbaatee mat bano' bolte hai to ye sentence hindi me kaise bolaa jaaye?
