Also if me and my husband sponsor for her trip, how much bank balance we should show for her visa interview?

I think many of you would have some experience in this. So please throw some light.

Thanks.

Hi,
Can some one give me some details abt travel insurance, is it better to buy in US or in india? which insurance company is better?
is there any insurance that will come pre existing conditions too or is that a waste? any details would be helpful.

Better to buy in US.
Look at InsuBuy.com

Pre-existing coverage is really difficult to get.

ALWAYS buy GOOD insurance coverage from US even if it is more expensive. Never ask parents to travel without insurance, or with poor-quality insurance.

Hi All,
I got insurance here itself for my parents, atlas american which covers pre existing conditions and the customer service was also helpful. it costs 126$ per month for 1 person with 100$ deductible and 15k coverage. not sure if it is good but just got it as it is the only one which covers pre existing conditions.
Will update later abt how they cover or pay.
