Default Nestle Carantion, Cooking Milk

For those of you, who are lazy to make Paal Payasam ( milk kheer), here is a recommendation.
I tried Nestle Carnation cooking milk which I got or 60cents at walgreens with a coupon.
Otherwise it costs a dollar.
Instant paal payasam.
It is not thick like condensed milk.
Just add some mashed rice and sugar and serve it chilled.
Not sure if this is available in india.
It serves 3 people.
I u like it a lot, it serves 2 I can say.
Do try everyone

It s condensed milk but thinner than the usual one. So I guess u can use it wherever u use evaporated milk.
Will let u know if I come across anything in specific.
Meanwhile do enjoy the kheer that comes out of it !

Here's a very popular sweet among our friends circle.

1 stick unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup carnation milk powder
12(15) oz ricotta cheese

Cook on low heat

Melt butter. Add Roccotta chees. Stir for 10mins approximately. Add sugar. Stir for another 10, add milk powder, stir another 10mins. sprinkle cardamom powder and remove from heat.

Make balls with a depression in center - doodh peda. Also you can reduce the amount of sugar and the whole mix needs to be firm enough to make balls - so heating time varies.

PS: You can replace the milk powder with condensed milk, mix all the ingredients and microwave to form a paste to make balls - it comes out the same.

Hope you like it.

I would like to try this.
But the one which i bought was not powder and condensed milk, unsweetened !!
I think it can be further condensed and sweets can be made out it
