| Re: No more Sona Masoori Rice from India???? hi ladiesss Same situation here in dubai too.. They have stopped exporting non basmati rice from last Tuesday . Even the rice which reached the port irom India is also being returned back to India. Going to be an Tough time for NRI indians especially South Indians.... Hope all the big hoteliers here will do something for this... |

Hi We eat basmati only, i have never even heard of this sona masoori, you ppl are talking about... so I hope Rice wudnt be a problem for me, but is the ban on wheat too ???? i mean then we r in big trouble, cos chapatis are our staple diet, we hardly eat rice... does anyone know if wheat export is ON or not ?? ~Abha |
