Help. Need to file a complain in Consumer Court. Also be carefull of this product

Hello Ladies,

Hope you all are doing great!

Please help me if I can file a complaint against a Cosmetic product (Sheer Cover make-up) I bought couple of months back.

My fiance gifted me Sheer Cover kit couple of months before which costed around Rs.3000. It was told at the time of purchase that if we don't like the product we can return it within 30 days. That make-u doesn't suites my face at all. it gives kind of patches that looks very awful. Because I was not happy with the product I started calling there costumenr care within 15 days time but didn't get any response, sent many emaills also.

Please advice now is there any way I can file any complaint against them and get my money back.
