I too like both. I always used to fight with my brothers for Lakshmi vedi and atom bombs. They wanted to give me and my sister chakram, kambi mathappu and oosi pattasu. Here, I am planning to buy some flower pots and sparklers, as we have to get special permission for fireworks.
Honestly, i would prefer not to burn my money buying crackers. Rather i would take out the intended amount for this years Diwali crackers and instead give it in charity. That money can well feed few families.
Both these crackers cause sound and air pollution respectively. The smoke emitted by these fire works are so dangerous. The fire crackers are responsible for several death in India every year. By the way it is waste of money as well. Thank God in Us we don't have to listen to these crackers any more
