Holy month of Ramzan - Anyone Keeping Rozas here

I would like to give my best wishes in the holy month of Ramzan. It is the holiest month for muslims all over the world and we observe all day fasts called Roza during this month. We don't eat anything from Sun-rise to sun-set....

I know, its very hard... I work in a store and keep getting chakkar whole day because of lack of food. Is there anyone else keeping rozas here?

I am fasting.I love this wholy month lot.

even i am fasting. but it is not possible for me to keep all of them . itry to keep as much as possible.

Well, I am Hindu so I don't keep rozas but I really appreciate who those. I had a muslim friend in school who used to keep all the rozas. I remember for a whole month, she never brought lunch and didn't even had water.

This requires a lot of will-power.

i am not a muslim but grew up with many muslim friends.My best friend used to explain about 'iftar'[giving food to the poor people],correct me if i am wrong in spelling and how you are supposed to fast and all.while as kids she even feared to swallow her salvia.i always used to admire her will power and how honestly she used to follow everything.we used to have one day of fast in hindu religion which i used to take, and i used to feel wonderful.If feels so good to sacrifice in the name of god.WISH YOU ALL GOODNESS IN THIS RAMZAN MONTH.

I think its takes a lot of control to keep fast during this month. But I can't help but notice the medical and health effects of not eating whole day. Most dietitians will tell you that it is very wrong to starve yourself for even one day. Doing this for a whole month cannot be good for anybody's health.
