Weekends are for resting...so what are you guys all talking about cooking Don't we cook enough during the weekdays.

For us not fix plan....it depends on what time my DH comes home the previous night...he has very erratic working hours. Sat. too he has to go to office to catch up on the back log, since that day is a holiday in office and very little staff..he finds it easier to concentrate on work...with no disturbance.

Sundays we take it easy...no fix time. Sometime we have brunch...some times we are on a cleaning spree, one weekend in the month is grocery time. One weekend we are in Mumbai with his parents so.

And normally if we have to entertain someone...then we invite them on sunday over lunch...so mornings go in the kitchen.

So actually no fix schedule for us.

In most south Indian housese, including my house, we follow this late brunch daily at 10 AM and coffee at 2 pm and early tiffen cum dinner. But after we came out of our family due to transfer I started this 3 times meal. Break fast, Lunch and night dinner. Ofcourse we will have small snack with or with out a tea or coffee in the evening.

so will always skip breakfast

but would plan to have a heavy lunch

but feels like having repeated dishes again and again

any ideas from ur side

Weekends r being lazy for us...My husband is not a Breafast person so saturday n sunday we prefer brunch that tooo he will cook his special dishes, and me just fix my child food n all day laziness and watching movies for us...

haaaaaa..today is being saturday...he is in kitchen n iam seeing IL topics...
