Its simple, click the link. It will download a software. Install it. Run it. An icon will come in the notification area (near the clock on ur Right hand side bottom). LEFT CLICK on it and click on UNICODE TAMIL and start typing. What ever u type will be in Tamil.

To go back to English again LEFT CLICK and click on NO KEYMAN KEYBOARD.
