| Hi Nayan, Its possible to remain with previous surname, just include Spouse name in your passport. I did same. I applied in hyderabad before my marriage. As i was residing in bangalore, i took my passport, marriage certificate, proof of address(that i'm residing in bangalore)& Hubby's passport copy. Once you go to passport office near your location, need to fill form for inclusion of spouse name service, then submit these document of proof. I think you need to pay small amount(i don;t remeber the amount now). Once they check your proof, return you back immediately the documents. Your passport will be mailed to your residence address you provided in form. Your surname and name will be same. In next page....they will include your spouse name and will be attested by officer . | Hi Nayan, You are welcome. I think it should be available. Recently my brother-inlaw added his name in my co-sister's passport just some 4 months back. Better you check in net also &enquire with others too. When i googled, it says that facility is available in pune too. All thebest.
