| Skip having heavy breakfast and lunch. Have light food for lunch. Have a brisk walk after lunch for 15 minutes. Wash your face with cold water and read something interesting. ![]() |

| hi, if u have the time why cant u just have a small nap...if u do not want to,have a light lunch...splash cold water on your face,take a brisk walk or do your shopping...best time to shop actually... mindi |

| Hi dearee, I think an afternoon nap can make you more lazier and you might put on weight too!!!!!!!!!! So the best way is you can read some good books or watch something useful in the TV. You can even try something new for snacks........ Everything depends upon your taste............ luv and regards........ divya........... |

| in the morning, after work.. assign some work... like laundry, cleaning the house or washing the vessels extra for the afternoon.. that way..morning you can be relaxed and can do something for your own - reading books, learning something and making yourself useful.. Then after lunch.. give 15 mins break for you body and then start doing these work... - calories will also be gone, you were usefully doing some work and you didnt sleep too !!!

| Hi Lavanya, Its quite natural to feel sleepy in the afternoons after a tiring day's work...reading books would make me feel more sleepy. I started sitting with my son for his studies say from 3-5. Thanks to my son I started noticing that once i lie down on the sofa for a while to relax I end up in sleeping. If u have the same tendency of mine, better avoid lying down even for a while. |
