Dear ladies
Nice discussion on early to bed and early to rise or the other way round
For me it all depends on mood. I love to sit and read till late in the night but have to wake up by 6 to 6:30am for my morning duties and responsiblities. But my problem is can't sleep in the afternoons. I can have a nap only during the weekends.
But I love to go to bed late and get up late, but since my DH is a early bird even during the weekend he has to wake up early and starts making some noises which I have to wake up.......hahaha

Hi,

Its a good concept. We would find it touch initially but good for body and mind.

I've heard people saying that If u get up by 4 in the morning and study, it gets into your mind very easily and hard to forget too. I've tried once when i was in my school days. Its amazing. And if you meditate at early hours say around 4.30am its very effective.

I have enjoyed both. Before marriage i used go for early morning classes. It was a wonderful experience. When we get up early we get plenty of time to manage our day to day activities and we are fresh through out the day.
After marriage my husband would come late and i Had to spend time with him and we would walk around enjoying the night breeze and i get up very late.

Now a days,i get up early in the morning to send my dd to school and go to bed late to give company to my dh.

Both are wonderful.People who go late to bed will always enjoy the night life and people who get up early will always enjoy early morning life. Both are wonderful in each one's point of view.

Even in IL i can see shanvy's messages at 5.00am and also devika's messages even late nights.

WHich would you all prefer.Early morning charmness(which is also silent) or silent latenights(which is also charmful).Share your views.

Early to bed and early to rise is my choice and is the best habit for a good health. I have been practised like that since childhood. My in-laws are the opposite. They go late to bed and rise leisurely. Not only they get tensed but also spread the tension in the entire house by urging in the last minute

Hi!

I am all for Early to Bed, Early to Rise, makes a man Healthy, wealthy and Wise!!!
I luv to be in bed by 9.30, latest, and be up by 5.30 am or 6 am. But I have my hubby and son, who luv to go to bed, late and wake up late! I just luv the serenity of the mornings, and I always feel, so much can be accomplished if we are up in the mornings! If I ever happen to go to bed late (parties), and wake up late, say 8 am or so, I feel so bad, that its like I ahve wasted my day!
