Default converter

Does anyone have experience in using converter for electronic items from USA (110v). We want to bring our game console.

1.How much does a good converter cost?
2.Can we use one and plug multiple devices into it?
3.Does the quality of device degrade over time?

If you want to use yoru electronic appliances, yes, you will need to use a converter. I do not know the prices in your area, you can shop around and get opinions from the store that sold you the console.
Whether you can plug multiple devices into it will depend on the device you buy.
Will it degrade over time? yes, all electronic items need to be replaced over time..
