| Hi Jacintha, If oyu realised Men got to rule. except in a few cases. They have all the mony power and need not account to anybody. Women have so much to do as it is that is why they do not spend time on doing silly things. Society does not let women live in peace unless they can stand up for themselves. Cinema dialogues are gimmicks so ignore it

| Hi Jcintha I haven't seen many Devdas living life alone after failure of love affair/ affairs. As for the women they are not stone hearted rather the reverse. But yes they most of the time are more practical & have greater endurence than male parts & can bear such losses & continue to live for their family . As such It is a scientific fact that women are more stronger than male gentically . They can bear famine ,adverse circumstancec well than males. The XX chroosome is much stronger but shedding of one leg of x chromosome in males making it Y make them vulenarable to many conditions. Thats why a premature baby girl has more chance of surviving than a premature baby boy. Nature made females weaker physically but stronger otherwise so they bear well. As for the Shajahan building TAjmahal this is just a very well told story but Mumtaz was not her first Bagum ,He had a haremful of Bagums & Mumtaz dies giving birth to her 14 th child . Was that Love? Tajmahal is a monument of power & money not love. |

| Not at all. women are soft hearted only. we are born to sacrifice our life from the day we came to this world till the end. to show the women's sacrifice as a mother and her love i am sending one article and read it. It is really very touching.Valentine day is round the corner and it does not mean the day is not only for lovers but also for everybody to show their love to parents also. So i feel this is the time for me to write and forward this message to all my IL friends.
i was crying while reading this article. mrs.santha ![]() |

| Shah Jahan built a monument for his wife because at that time, only men had the financial independence to do fancy things with money, not women !! ![]() Today, for obvious reasons, a woman may not be able to build a Taj Mahal to prove her love, but she makes thousand other actions and sacrifices to ensure that her family is happy and secure. All these sacrifices and adjustments made by women goes totally unnoticed and are almost taken for granted. ![]() Women are God's most soft hearted creations, with capacities & strength beyond any man's imagination. If we put together all the sacrifices, gestures, adjusments and all other troubles she undergoes for her loved ones, it would be size of 100 such Taj Mahals put together !!! ![]() So you can forget about the 1 Taj Mahal of Shah Jahan.... ![]()

| Hi Jacintha, The line - “ Shah Jahan built the Taj Mahal in memory of his wife Mumtaz, do any women have built atleast a brick for their husbands” is very untrue! That is because of the ignorance of those people who write scripts and direct them and act in the movies! The truth is this - it was a woman who first built a memorial for her spouse, even before Shah Jahan did! Yes it is true! The monument is Humayun's Tomb in Delhi. It was built to commemorate him by his wife, Hamida Banu (Haji) Begum in the 16th century. It is a "World Heritage Site". If you look at it you will see that the Taj Mahal looks like it a lot, the only difference being, the Taj Mahal is made of marble whereas Humayun's tomb is made of red sandstone with marble inlays! It may be the case a lot of other Mughals have some to be buried in Humayun's Tomb but nobody can dispel the fact that humayun's Tomb was built on instructions from a woman, much before the Taj Mahal was built! So I guess this will make you feel better. By the way here are some links to the two mausoleums for comparison. | Hi, Women are not stone hearted but they are portrayed as one. As for men behaving like devdas...check out all the serials by Ekta Kapoor and i am sure your mindset will change. ![]() Roopa. |

| Let me understand this what you are saying is that men can't cope with rejection and end up, drinking, crying, generally making a fool of themselves and an annoyance to others, not least the ex girlfriends. Women on the other hand can pick themselves up and go on to lead healthy fulfilled happy lives! Well done women! Come on men, get a life! |

| hiii all...."If a couple face a failure in their affair for any reasons, the boy becomes a drunker and lose his career, wastes his life always thinking about his old love. He does not marry another girl and lives alone carrying the memories of his ex-lover or even commits suicide."..we often this see only in films n novels...in real life i hvnt seen one....but hv seen women sacrificing a lot their desires, dreams, interests, aims everything for her family.... thanks anitha for the info... | dear jacintha, my point is that most of the indian movies and their heroes, dialogues are a big so dont take them seriously and definitely dont try to make sense of what they say...movies and t.v serials are the biggest curse on our soceity as their stereo typed characters seldom give us any useful entertainment...best is to avoid seeing them to keep our peace of mind... |
