karnataka bans mobile phones for children under 16

I agree with the ban of mobile phones for children under 16. I think the mobile phones for small children are an extravaganza... The mobile phones have come now only.... All were going to schools and colleges without mobiles only, in the past...

Children will have a tendency to misuse mobiles.... How many of them will use it for calling home alone or use it for an urgency alone ?? Only a very small number, I think...
