Angry Problem with Employer

Hi Frns,

Can any one help me?

One of my best frn he is having problem with the Employer.
He is working as chef he worked continuosly for 2 months with out off. After 2 months my frn went for holiday for 30 days to India informed to employer. After coming back from India he is not giving the salary and also he is not allowing to work also. Now he is not even given salary from 3 months. To whom he can complain about this problem. And also he is threatening that he will remove the job. To whom he can tell about this problem.
Please give me suggestions waiting for reply.....

Hai Hassini, wishes,
Enigma has written in general, but what ever be teh case, i would think that his contract will be the most usefull document in this circumstance, and as being a chef, i dont think the records will be proper, and am not sure if he has worked only for 2 months he is probably eligible for 4 days holidays, and yeas he can go to the tribunals but he should get the 2 months salary, once again it all depends on what documentation he has,
hope this clarifies a bit more, but will wait for the more experienced answers
