Default Tour operators in UK/Europe

Hi,

I'm planning to visit Europe and wanted to check for names of tour operators in UK/Europe serving Indian food. I plan to travel to UK,Italy, France,Switzerland.

Any references/tips will be useful.

Thanks,
Divya

Hi Divya:

Welcome to Indusladies. There are loads of forums which could probably interest you.
As Madhu has mentioned I have heard of Star tours from a friend of mine. They serve good vegetarian food. My friend travelled from UK to mainland Europe to Italy, Switzerland, France and couple of other countries.

Hope this helps.

Sindhu

Taj travels , Star tours, Hari Om travels are some of the ones I know about who provide European and other packages for Indian travellers.

I have travelled to France, Swiss and Germany with Star tours and they provide very good service at affordable prices. If you are keen on having Indian ambience around you and are worried about food and safety then I would suggest these tours as most of the time the accomodation is at very good hotels with lip smacking Indian Khana. The only disadavantage with these tours is that it gets very hectic at times with sight seeing and travel and you dont have the option of spending more time at any one place which you like and are hustled.

Wink Re: Tour operators in UK/Europe

Hi

I have been on europe tour with star tours, its good for food, but you will be rushed everywhere, half the time you would be travelling in a bus( fair enough as they cover 4 countries in 10 days)but if you want a relaxed tour visit each country individually( easily said than done) but it may be worth

Hi,

I wanted to find out how to contact star tours. I live in the US and my parents live in India and I wanted to coordinate a Europe tour for us. Star tours seems like a good agency, so wanted to check them out.

thanks

Madhuri
