Epilators are not good. It leaves your hair-pores very thick and your skin might turn greenish.

Hi there

I have been using Epilator from a long time, just 2 months back i have bought a new one, braun. Epilator is good for Arms, but not for legs, as it is very painful for legs. I use it for arms every week, since earlier i had to go to office and even a little growth doesnt look good... however for legs i always prefer waxing as it is less painful as compared to epilator...

Epilator is good for smaller areas like arms but as legs are big... so using epilator on them is a pain and its a time consuming process...

As such there is no difference in hair growth afterwards... it is like waxing only... as it pulls hair from root...

I have Braun Silk Epil. I have been having it for almost 7 yrs now.It is still in very good condition.I use it for both arms and legs.I find it really good. You have to maintain it very well, that is,remove all hairs sticking to it after hair removal and then it will last long.Yes,it is time consuming, unlike depilatory creams and that is the only problem I find with it.

Hi Srilu,

It suits my skin well better than depilatory creams. However,it depends on person-to-person.After I use it,I apply moisturiser to calm the skin. You can use it but you need to have a lot of patience while using it.Typically,it takes me anything between 30-45 minutes to do both arms and legs.

hi,

im palakh n new to this thread. wel i think d epilator is very handy to use, only that it is a little painful n time consuming.wel since im staying in china n here there is no waxing it is much better than using depilatory creams as by using creams i personally feel that d hair grows faster n thicker... so d epilator is gud n can be taken anywhere n can be used anytime as it is equal to waxing. by using d epilator d hair also grows slowly as it removes d hair from d root.only that after using d epilator just apply some moisturiser on d hands n legs.

palakh...
