Please help me...How to remove white Spots on lip corners?

hello . My daughter of age 14yrs having white spots on her lip corners, it seen b4 some days only,it not having signs like leucoderma desies. But i think its something diffrent. Can any one tel me what it is and how to remove that white spot from lip corner? Please i am waiting eagerly. I will be much thankfull to you.
