Dear reddyshivaba,
Thanks for stepping in.As far as i know,walking,having a tumbler of water with two to three drops of honey in it in the morning with empty stomach may help out a bit.But please bear with me as i cannot suggest a professional advice and pregnancy weight is which i am not aware of.

Let me suggest some simple ideas to the best of what i know.
Yoga .I hope there are some special asanas for weight loss.

skipping.If time and situation permits.

You can try eating kollu,an ingredient (in tamil).It can be had in the form of sambar,(add along with dhal.)It helps to reduce weight.I heard from some one.But i don't know exactly.


If i happen to get some more suggestions,i can let you know.
