| Re: Home Remedies for Obesity ... Hi all, Honey with lukewarm water works wondres on u... I have tried it and got the results. I was 56 and after taking honey with lukewarm water in empty at early morning reduce weight to 50 in 3 months and i used to go for walking for half an hour. but we shd do this daily without fail. have to make it a habit
