After money and phone, we have to have a small FIRST AID KIT and one sanitary pad.This is very important for ladies in all ages.We never know what will happen while we are in the office or anywhere else.Thanks BYE to our dear INDUS LADIES GROUPS

this is my list. i take all these things with me when i go to distant places.

1) Bindhi
2) Small Scissors
3) Safety Pin
4) Tissue Paper
5) Mint
6) Pen (is a must for me)
7) Comb (is a must for me)
One polythene cover
9) One hand towel
10) Sanitary Pad (if there is a need)
11) My specs case (is a must for me)

The must haves for me are:

Panadol tablets, Axe oil,Bindhis

For me:

1. Chapstick
2. my specs
3. pen and a small notepad
4. sanitary pads
5. comb,bindhis,a hair clip/band,lipstick
6. a small sewing kit-with safety pins,needles,thread,buttons like the one we get in hotel rooms.

After money and phone , the ONE thing that I must have in my purse would be an I D card, as in either the drivers license or passport etc.

The one and one thing that is a must not only for ladies, but also for men ,is our address slip(Card containing the words "In case of any emergency contact so and so."with Phone number and address of the person /persons to be contacted) This is because when one has met with an accident,or suddenly takes ill on the road with no one accompanying us, it will come in handy to contact the relatives or friends.
A couple of weeks back while I was on my early morning walk, I found an elderly gentleman lying on the having fallen down from his scooter. he was in a confused and dazed state unable to answer any questions. Only a card on his person which carried a message,"in case of emergency contact -------- "helped me to contact his wife and inform her of the accident.
On the other hand in the absence of an identity card, people have been know to lie in the morgue for days together.
