    Dear Pushpa ma'am,

So nice to see your bittergourd in the terrace garden.

I am reminded of my Dad, who was a great garden lover...we had lots of this vegetables and also snakegourd and pirkangai ( I think its ridgegourd..not so surebonk ) too.

The flowers too are so beautiful.
I miss all of these garden activities here .

    Bye

Its always OK in the end. If it's not OK, it's not the end .

How beautiful. I am so jealous. Today it is -6 degrees F. I felt to sad to see my poor babies all bundled up in winter coats, hats, scarves and gloves this morning. All of us miss the warm weather of India.

    Thank you Saraswathi.
Can't you grow plants in pots? Is it not allwed in Saudi? If so it is really very sad. Plants are our life partners and we can talk to them, and we can pet them like our children. We feel so happy when a flower or fruit come out from our plant.

    Pushpamam,

Mine is also a terrace garden. I have around 25 pots..more roses as DD likes them. Have been thinking of growing an henna plant for its medicinal purpose, and after your success will try. i am thinking twice as i may go to muscat for vacation..and what if the plants are neglected...

so let me wait and do it...now arali that beautiful color, i am tempted so much...can you post a picture of the size of pot you use for henna/arali..for an idea.

I have a medium size pot for all my hibiscus plants...
